What is Well-Being Coaching?

I provide empathetic, supportive, real-life coaching only to  parents and caregivers of at-risk kids.  Since everyone's life situation is different, each person i coach joins with me in creating a plan based on their unique likes, dislikes, motivations and history. 


We start with a focus you choose, and then work as a team to uncover lifestyle changes that work for your life, and that are sustainable - what you find easy and simple.   


What to Expect:

- Partnership Length: 6 months, flexible

- Meeting schedule: Typically Every 1-2 weeks

- Your Role: Just be yourself

- Fees: No fees for foster, adoptive parents and those that support at-risk kids
